Project Overview
The goal of this project is to analyze the performance of two Great Grounds Tweets related to daylight savings time and make recommendations for future social media strategy.
Tweet 1: ” You’ll lose an hour of sleep tonight. Prepare for the time change by stocking up on Great Grounds!”
Tweet 2: “If you’re reading this now, you’ll probably need a cup of Great Grounds to help you “spring forward” in the morning! #DaylightSavings #CoffeeTime”
The project will involve exporting data from the social media platform, reviewing metrics such as impressions and engagement, comparing the data between the two Tweets, and analyzing the content and other details of the Tweets to determine which performed better and why. Based on the analysis, recommendations will be made for how to approach similar Tweets in the future. The project aims to identify the most effective strategies for reaching and engaging with the target audience, and to use this information to improve future social media campaigns and increase overall engagement.
Project Execution and Results
This project was focused on analyzing the performance of two Great Grounds Tweets related to daylight savings time, and making recommendations for future social media strategy. The main goal of the project was to increase engagement on Great Grounds’ social media channels by identifying the most effective strategies for reaching and engaging with the target audience.
To successfully complete the project, we followed the following steps:
Exported data from the social media platform: We exported data from the social media platform, including metrics such as impressions and engagement, for the two daylight savings time-related Tweets.
Analyzed the data: We reviewed the data and compared the metrics between the two Tweets to determine which performed better.
Analyzed the content and other details of the Tweets: We examined the text, assets, hashtags, and time of day the Tweets were posted to identify any patterns or differences that may have contributed to the performance of each Tweet.
Made recommendations for future social media strategy: Based on the analysis, we made recommendations for how to approach similar Tweets in the future, including creating more engaging and personalized content, using relevant hashtags, and posting at the right time to reach the target audience.
Reviewed and discussed the results with the team and the client and implemented the recommendations.
Overall, this project provided valuable insights into the performance of Great Grounds’ social media campaigns, and the recommendations made will be used to improve future social media strategy and increase engagement with the target audience.
