AI in Healthcare, a Systems-First Approach
Rather than building clinical diagnostic tools, I focus on clinician enablement. I use AI to eliminate repetitive administrative work so medical professionals get their time back for patient care. My work spans AI agents, intelligent automation, CRM and voice-agent pipelines, and the digital infrastructure that ties it all together, for nursing organizations, clinics, and med spas across the United States and beyond.

The Nurses Magazine®, the Digital Ecosystem I Built
As IT Director, I lead the full technology and digital infrastructure behind a professional nursing media platform that reaches more than 25,000 readers per issue, a year-round digital edition, a weekly newsletter of 14,000 to 18,000 subscribers, and a global network of more than 75,000 nurses. The calendar includes three signature issues a year and flagship events such as the Annual Symposium and Awards, the Men of Honor Recognition Program, and the 100 Top Influential Leaders in Healthcare.

Connecting Nurse Leaders Across the World
As a member of the inaugural International Advisory Council, I serve as the Council's technology voice. The Council is a global body that brings together nurse leaders from the United States, Haiti, Portugal, the Philippines, Jamaica, Singapore, France, and Bangladesh. From my home in Bangladesh, I help connect these leaders across continents and cultures, carrying The Nurses Magazine, and a global perspective on AI in healthcare, to every region of the world.

AVSTE, Custom AI Systems for Healthcare
As founder of AVSTE, I build systems that run healthcare operations. We do not sell templates or off-the-shelf software. Every system is engineered around a specific team, workflow, and stack, across five areas: Website Development, SEO, Branding, AI Automation Systems, and Custom AI Systems.
The process is simple and deliberate. It begins with a focused 30-minute Systems Audit, followed by a system architecture mapped around a practice's three highest-cost administrative workflows, and then a four-week build sprint that covers architecture, build, testing on real data, and launch. When it ships, the client owns everything. AVSTE serves clinics, nursing schools, CEU providers, med spas, and healthcare staffing companies in the United States and around the world.

I write on a systems-first approach to healthcare technology. I am also the author of the research feature "Men in Nursing: A Global Comparison of the USA, Europe and Asia," published in the Summer 2026 Men of Honor Edition of The Nurses Magazine®, a data-driven analysis drawing on the World Health Organization, Eurostat, and national sources.
